Welcome to TasksPlans, a daily task planning tool operated at TasksPlans.pro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, info products, and goods.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any feature of TasksPlans, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
2. Services
2.1 Daily Planning and Scheduling Services
TasksPlans provides personalized planning sessions, calendar integration, and progress tracking. A service fee applies to each session.
2.2 Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a planning session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made later may not be accommodated unless under exceptional circumstances.
3. Info Products
Info products include digital guides and templates designed to enhance productivity and task management. Delivery is instant via email or download link.
4. Goods
Goods refer to physical planners, notebooks, and branded merchandise shipped to your provided address. Shipping fees and delivery timelines apply.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
If you request a reimbursement at least 72 hours before your first planning session, we will process a full reimbursement. Requests made between 72 and 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% reimbursement. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparation requirements.
To request a reimbursement, submit your details and session information via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original method of purchase within 10 business days.
5.2 Info Products
Due to the digital nature, all info products are final upon delivery. No reimbursement is available once a download link has been accessed. This policy ensures content integrity and protects intellectual efforts.
5.3 Goods
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full reimbursement of the item fee upon verification. Requests made after 14 days may not be honored.
To initiate a claim, provide order details through our contact form. Approved claims will be addressed via replacement shipment or reimbursement via the original method of purchase within 15 business days.
6. Fees and Adjustments
All fees are listed in your local currency. TasksPlans reserves the right to adjust fees with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after adjustments constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law
